Oil International Group

About Company

The Oil International Group has been incorporated in Canada.
From 2002 company is specializing in projects that involve in natural resources, energy conservation and environmental preservation at
the Russian Federation and other countries.

Companys activities include exploration and development of oil and gas extraction, refining of crude oil, and distribution of products and services to customers. At the present time the company is negotiating and establishing oil & gas projects in the Orenburg and Krasnodar regions of the Russian Federation and numerous projects in the Middle East, Africa and Asia.

One particular interest of company is Orenburg region next to Ural Mountains. The province is leading oil and gas producer of
Russian Federation.
Company with its partner Orenburggasprom owns oilgas site Rozhdestvensky that located near Orenburg.
Ownship of oilsite allows to get own resources of crude oil for further refinery.

In order to refine own crude oil "Oil International Group" is developing refinery plant at Krasnodar region
This decision was made because the region is leading Russian exporter of crude oil and products facilitated by ports Tuapse and Novorossysk.
Novorossiysk is the largest Russian port used for export crude oil and products

The region of Krasnodar is home to just over 5 million people (3.5% of the national total). The region extends to 75,500 square kilometers, which is a little over 4% of the total landmass of the Russian Federation (approximately the combined size of Holland and Denmark, or of the Irish Republic). The region derives its name from its capital city, Krasnodar. Its economic base has been founded on agriculture and transport. It remains the breadbasket of the nation and is a southern gateway to the world, based on its ice-free ports. Favorable political and investment climates have attracted many multinational companies to the region, including Cargill, Petrak, Conagra, Monsanto, Tetra-Pak, Danone, Coca-Cola, Phillip Morris, Boyuges, Radisson, and LaRoute.

According to information published by Expert magazine, the investment climate in the Krasnodar region is among the ten most attractive regions of the Russian Federation.

This investment''s environment is being constantly improved by the regional government. In March 1999 the regional government produced the Law on State Induced Investments in Krasnodar Region, which was aimed at attracting investments on the basis of a regime of favorable treatment of investors. These incentives include local tax concessions, preferential terms for land tenure/ownership, preferential transfer of regional property to the investment object, providing state expertise and assistance, issuance of development bonds to finance priority investment projects, and issuance of regional state guarantees on the investment, together with a formalized structure to implement the law in practice.

The fuel and energy complex accounts for more than 20% of the territory''s industrial output. Krasnodar is considered an old oil-producing region of Russia. Oil has been produced there since 1864, and 68 oilfields are operating today. The main fields are in the western and central parts of the foothills (Abinsky, Seversky, and Apsheronsky districts). The refining industry is centered in Tuapse and Krasnodar.

Major infrastructure projects in the oil and gas sector are put in development over the next five years. They represent great opportunities for international business. The Caspian Pipeline Consortia (CPC) has completed the construction of a pipeline from the Caspian Sea to Novorossiysk. Work has started on the Blue Stream gas pipeline project to Turkey.

Major logistics projects have been won by international companies operating through regional operating companies. International construction companies such as Boyuges and others are active in the region. Further major infrastructure projects related to oil and gas transportation are at various stages of readiness and are likely to come to fruition over the next five years.

The location of the proposed project (refinery plant near Krasnodar) is an ideal location and thus was our reflection for efforts to obtain industrial zoning permit
Advantages of this idea are as follow:
1 The more immediate energy requirements of the bustling local economy would provide constant demand in a local market with minimal transportation costs.
2 As the refinery is expanded and additional refining capacity is brought online, the port location on the Black Sea will allow convenient export opportunities to international markets.
3 From the time of construction to the operation of the fully functional refinery, the proposed project will create much needed jobs in the local economy.

However, even take in consideration all above mentioned advantages zoning permit would normally be refused in such close proximity to the regions bustling tourist destinations

One of the most important and successful advantage that has allowed to obtain us zoning permit was proposed technological project with usage of innovational technology of refinery
The technology appropriate to high standards, terms and conditions of environmental preservation
The applicable technology is leading in industry and was provided by one of ours partners.

These projects that company is proposing at Russian Federation are strengthened by the combined 40 years of experience of the companys directors and officers in the oil industry and their knowledge of russian local circumstances of export.
